Pika Wiya logo design
Steve Harrison © 1993
The
logo depicts the working relationship between Pika Wiya Health
Service Incorporated and the programs it delivers.
The interrelationship between the Service, the Department of Human
Services and the Aboriginal Health Council is depicted as
two large circles on the outer part of the painting. Programs are
represented as smaller circles. A larger circle represents substance
misuse, which is a major contributing factor to all other associated
health problems. The inner circle represents Pika Wiya's board
of management. The outer circle represents Pika Wiya's
management, interlinked with the communities.
